About Us

The firm of Spry Roughley began with two (2) directors, Anne & Martin.

Shaun Madders joined the firm as a graduate accountant in 1990 and joined the Partnership in 2003. Fergus Roughley joined the firm in 2004 as an undergraduate and was appointed as director in 2013 .

After initially commencing his journey as an auditor in a large firm, Anthony Saccaro joined Spry Roughley in 2011 to broaden his technical skill base into tax and business advisory and was subsequently welcomed as director in 2018.

Whilst Anne & Martin have since retired from their director duties, they continue to work in various aspects of the firm as Founder Associates.

The directors are supported by a large team of professional accountants and support staff, with our services provided through Spry Roughley Services Pty Limited (tax, accounting and advisory) and Spry Roughley & Co (audit).

Being located in the geographical centre of Sydney gives us the opportunity to provide face to face services to clients across the greater Sydney area. Our clients appreciate the intimate knowledge we develop of their business and personal affairs, resulting in advice and service which is appropriate for their current situation and yet always looking to future opportunities.

Providing boutique services through superior client service is our primary objective and driver of our vision to be the most respected independent chartered accounting firm in Western Sydney.
